VideoTesT-Album
4.0 database is designed to store images and data, perform quick
search for images and supporting information (tables, charts, text, video
and audio data, OLE objects).
VideoTesT-Album 4.0 software has three modes of data representation
- Form mode is designed to enter images, insert AVI files and OLE objects and related text data. The arrangement of the fields and their number are specified by the user.
- Gallery mode is designed for quick view and search for the images. The Gallery contains the image thumbnails with labels.
- Table mode provides the ability to view text information as a table. This mode is convenient for filtering and sorting operations because it enables the user to check the results of these operations.
VideoTesT-Album 4.0 features and functions
- Storing images with compression without any lost of quality, which will help you to spare free disk space on your computer.
- Unlimited number of fields to store different data types: images, text, numeric data, date and time, OLE objects, AVI files.
- Adjusting database layout and content by creating queries (through the software interface, without using the SQL) to suit various tasks.
- Easy-to-use form design mode helps you adjust form layout: drag-and-drop, group operations for alignment and distribution.
- Automated generation of reports matching the current form layout. In combination with easy tool for query creation, this feature enables you to generate multiple reports to suit your particular needs.
- Multilevel sorting and quick search for the data by key words, categories, numbers. Selection of records by unlimited number of conditions (filtering).
