VideoTesT-Karyo 3.1 software is designed for automatic karyotyping of human chromosomes stained by different techniques, and for semi automatic karyotyping of chromosomes of animals and plants.
The
"Metaphase" mode provides the following functions:
- complete metaphase spread if it cannot be captured with a single shot by moving chromosomes
- enhanced original image: brightness, contrast, gamma-correction, sharpness
- count chromosomes
- add graphics and type text on the image
VideoTesT-Karyo 3.1 software is a basis of VideoTesT-Karyo cytogenetic analyzer.
