VideoTesT-Morphology software is designed for morphological and densimetric image analyses in biology and medicine. It includes several applied methods for counting and calculation. Additional methods can be developed and installed. This software is a basis for VideoTesT-Morphology analyzing system for medical and biological images.

VideoTesT-Morphology 4.0 features and functions

• b/w or color image acquisition with a TV/digital camera or scanner. The images can be opened from files in BMP, .PCX, .GIF, .TIF formats, pasted from clipboard, loaded from image database
• image enhancement and annotation
• acquisition of slide images, their enhancement and editing
• ability to obtain a resultant sharp image from a series of images acquired at various depth of focus
• manual and automatic thresholding of objects of interest (cells, nuclei, areas of different color or brightness, etc.)
• object measurements (sizes, shape, position, brightness, density, etc.)
• classification of objects and statistical treatment of the analysis results
• five pre-installed methods (macros): Count and Measure, Volume Fraction, Platelet Count, Erythrocyte Sizing, Nucleus-Cytoplasm Ratio
• additional methods can be included
• ability to copy and modify the methods
• ability to create new methods to automate the routine operations
• VideoTesT-Album 3.0 image database included
