VideoTesT-Sperm 2.0 software is designed for automatic analysis of concentration and motility of spermatozoa in a native sperm ejaculate. Analysis of the motility parameters of human sperm is performed according to recommendations given by WHO.

VideoTesT-Sperm features and functions

• Native sperm image recording into .avi file with a frequency up to 50 fps.
• Automatic sperm thresholding and tracking. The individual sperm tracks are imposed on the last image in the movie sequence.
• Spermatozoa concentration measurement (in M/ml).
• Spermatozoa motility analysis. Spermatozoa classification by their motility (A, B, C, immobile). Evaluation of the percentage of spermatozoa with different motility.
• Calculation of the motility parameters of human spermatozoa in accordance with WHO recommendations (VAP, VCL, VSL, VAP, LIN, STR, BCF, ALH).
• Ability to measure animal spermatozoa motility and concentration.
• Saving analysis data in an in-built image database.
• Reporting generation and printing the analysis data.
