VideoTesT
Sperm 2.1 software is designed for automatic analysis of concentration
and motility of spermatozoa in a native specimen. It is developed also
for the morphology analysis of specimens stained by Diff-Quik method.
The motility parameters of human sperm are estimated according to recommendations
given by the World Health Organization, and the morphological parameters
of spermatozoa heads are determined in accordance with strict Krueger's
criteria. The results of the analysis are saved automatically to a built-in
database.
Database enables experts to:
- input data about patient and results of macroscopic and additional physical examinations
- store obtained results within one template
- search through the data and filter it
- print the templates
- change the layout of the templates.
VideoTesT-Sperm 2.1 enables to analyze both human and animal sperm (stallions, rams, bulls etc.)
It is sold both as a stand-alone software and as the principal part of VideoTesT-Sperm Computer Assisted Sperm Analyzer (CASA)
