VideoTesT-Colony
Count software is an extension of VideoTesT-Master 4.0 and is designed
for counting and sizing of bacteria colonies. It includes four pre-defined
methods of counting and measuring of one, two, three, or four colonies.
VideoTesT-Colony Count features and functions
- b/w or color image acquisition with an analog/digital camera or scanner. The images can be opened from files in .BMP, .JPG, and .TIF formats, pasted from clipboard, loaded from VideoTesT-Album 3.0 image database
- image enhancement and annotation
- ability to use pre-installed methods (macros) created to analyze one, two, three or four bacteria colonies
- automatic thresholding of bacteria colonies
- counting and measuring of the recognized colonies with displaying the data in an automatic measurement data table
- statistical treatment of the measured data
- installation of additional methods
- ability to copy and modify the methods
- VideoTesT-Album 3.0 image is database included.
